Refund Policy

1. Service-Based Policy

At Webabdel, we provide professional services including AI automation, SEO, and digital advertising. Due to the nature of these services, which involve significant manual labor, technical configuration, and strategy development, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

2. Project Setup & Deposits

All setup fees and initial deposits are non-refundable. These fees cover the immediate allocation of resources, research time, and technical architecture required to launch your campaign or AI workflow.

3. Monthly Retainers

For ongoing services (SEO and Ad Management):

• Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly retainer by providing 30 days' written notice.
• No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for mid-month cancellations. Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Commitment: Payments made for months already serviced are non-refundable.

4. Ad Spend & Third-Party Fees

Webabdel manages advertising budgets, but the actual "Ad Spend" is paid directly to platforms like Google or Meta. We have no control over these funds and cannot issue refunds for money spent on third-party advertising platforms.

5. Our Quality Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we are 100% committed to your success. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, please reach out immediately. We will perform a technical review and make necessary adjustments to ensure the project meets the agreed-upon scope of work.
